Nan Ya manufactures thier own resin and coper thus vertically integrating and controlling quality throughout the manufacturing process. Products include the standard dicy cured 140Tg (FR4-86-UV) and 170 Tg (NP-170) materials, the phenolic cured 155 Tg (NP-155) and 175 Tg (NP-175) materials, the high Tg (180) and low Dk (3.6-4.2) NPLDII, Halogen-Free (NPG), CAF Resistant, FR5, 200Tg BT Resin (NP-200), and CEM 1 &3.
Nan Ya Dry Film Photo Resist
Packaged in one, 1,000 foot roll per case on a six inch core, 17.75" and 23.75" wide, 1.2mil and 2.0mil. Other mil thicknesses and widths are available.
C2C Copper-Aluminum-Copper
A different approach to today's Copper-Aluminum-Copper product. Copper weights of .5, 1 and 2 ounces are available on 10 and 17 mil tempered HMS or standard Aluminum. The product comes cut-to-size and tooled with a Multi-Line® pattern.
Copper Foil
Foils include HTE, Reverse Treated, Poly Foil, and carrier based thin foils. The offering includes 5,9 and 12 micron, .5, 1, and 2 ounce standard foils. Heavier coppers are also available. All products arrive cut-to-size and either tooled or untooled.
OD93 Backup
A light, white, smooth, hard surface wood-core product that offers excellent thickness control and reduced drill wear that minimizes exit burring. The light color easily facilitates use as a drill check tool. Cutting and tooling available upon request.
OD18 Phenolic Entry
A dark brown Paper/Phenolic entry material for those processes that require a high-quality phenolic product. Cutting and tooling available upon request.
ODAL Aluminum Entry
A specially formulated solid aluminum alloy. Performs well in micro-drilling applications. Full sheets and cut-to-size available.

Phenolic based soft tooling plates that provide snug pinfit throughout the routing process.
Accuply® Release Film
Accuply® CP is a multi component release sheet designed to achieve even pressured laminations of flexible and rigid-flex multi layered printed circuit fabrications. Engineered for a low temperature Z axis movement Accuply® CP exhibits excellent reduced pressure conformable characteristics. Acculam CRP is available in cut to size panels with tooling holes as required.
