while maintaining excellent solder dam resolution or achiveing excellent coverage over high Cu circuits, then spray technology is the solution. The all4-PCB spray coater offers very unique features, such as overspray recycling as well as a dynamic edge-free system. All this with a small footprint.

A rotating cathode system that reduces metal concentrations, such as Cu & Ni, to levels significantly below 1000 PPM. This system is highly innovative and takes metal recovery to a completely new level. Combined with a small foot print the potential ROI for PCB manufacturers is significant. Furthermore meeting increasingly difficult EPA compliance standards becomes less of a challenge.

Filling of high aspect ratio through holes or laser drilled blind vias is made possible with the MASS VCP via filling equipment.
These machines are being used by a long list of large PCB manufacturers worldwide in order to successfully address via -in -pad technology. Processes with or without vacuum can be selected in order to address various via filling requirements.

Pola & Massa: Wet Orbital Sanding Machine		Printar: Ink Jet Printing
Pola & Massa's PM650 orbital wet sanding machine has proven to be a revolutionary product. The patented brush design allows for perfect conformance to the uneven surface of high-layer count PCB constructions. This allows the successful sanding of button plated filled vias without burning through the surface Cu. These machines are also used for Cu thickness reduction as well as sanding resin spots after lamination.		Printar offers a robust production ripe ink jet solution for legend printing. The thermal based Printar ink adheres to both flex polyimide substrates as well as to any cured or semi-cured solder mask. With serialization, barcoding and image scaling capabilities for best fit registration, the legend ink process is finally taken to a new level. A global list of significant references is available.
