Our Production Supervisors provide leadership and supervision to hourly production employees during designated shift. Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all operational functions meet or exceed the company objectives, training and developing staff to fullest potential, daily coaching and interaction with employees. Supervisor must have constant awareness of machine utilization and maintenance activities.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Understand technology associated with manufacturing high technology circuit boards.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Three years of supervisory or related experience in printed circuit board industry.
