Wednesday, February 22, 2006 | Calumet

PCB Manufacturer - Calumet Electronics Corp. (CEC) partners with opusWeb.com to create a new look at its website www.calumetelectronics.com

The need for greater integration of the elements of the supply chain continues to evolve in the electronics industry. The demand for electronic solutions for business activities continues to escalate. CEC, recognizing the growing need for critical data - on demand, has contracted opusWeb.com to provide support in transforming their existing site into a solid platform from which B2B solutions will eventually be provided.

While opusWeb is a local firm, they have built an impressive customer base by providing creative solutions and solid support services. "In 1996 we started a Web development business with a sincere vision. To design and develop quality and professional Web sites that become business tools for our clients" said Jeffery Primeau, who is Director of Marketing and Business Communications of opus Web.com. "Staying true to that vision means that we must focus exclusively on the key components that are important to successful Web development. Our strengths are design and programming and by combining them, we are able to accomplish our vision".

Our focus will be on providing pertinent information to our visitors in a format that's easy to use. "We are developing a new approach to our website based on a user's perspective" said Stephen J. Marshall, National Sales Manager of CEC. "The role of the printed circuit board shop is growing in areas of responsibility beyond the circuit board and our new website with help us meet them."
