Southern California-based PCB fabricator, Cartel Electronics, has announced the promotion of Connie Herring to Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States.

Herring is a PCB veteran with over 13 years' experience. Herring brings a broad background in OEM sales and business development, having held previous positions as President of Integrity International in San Diego, California, and Senior Sales Management positions at Dynamic Details, Inc., Anaheim, California and Herco Technology, Inc., San Diego, California.

Cartel Electronics, in partnership with Elite Sales, has grown their customer base significantly in the past several months, adding nearly 100 new customers to their roster. In Herring's new position, she will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities in the Western United States, including recruiting, key accounts management, CM strategy and new business development.
