Rick Kincaid, President of K & F Electronics, a Fraser, Michigan manufacturer of PCBs, has announced the acquisition of the book of business for H and L Electronics of Atlanta, Georgia effective immediately.
As part of this transaction K & F Electronics will assume H and L Electronics' customer base, including all major customers. As part of the agreement to sell H and L Electronics customer base, John Hall, Owner of H and L, has entered into a long-term agreement with K & F Electronics where he will be responsible for the successful transition of his customers. K & F Electronics has also hired former H and L Electronics CAM Manager, Steve Harrelson.
