PCB Material Prices to Increase

Some PCB material suppliers have raised their prices while others are likely to follow suit soon, which is expected to impact PCB makers' profits in the first quarter of 2010, according to industry sources. Copper-clad laminates (CCL) maker Nan Ya Plastics, copper foil supplier Co-Tech and fiber glass fabric maker Taiwan Glass Industrial (TGI) all have raised their prices, said the sources.
