- On the Zoom Proto Page, Zoom ordering can be completed in only four steps.
- On the Instant Quote Page, instant ordering can be completed in only three steps.
- Place A Bid: Easier layout change for place a bid will be the same as an instant quote.
- A News and Events page to highlight news at EI, as well as to announce participation at events such as trade shows and conferences.
"In the interest of serving our customers better and producing better product, we'll also be adding a new Survey page where we will get feedback from our customers that will go directly to our Quality Control department," said Patel. "These are just a few of the many new changes coming to the EI Web site. We look forward to serving our customers better."
