HannStar Board International Holdings and Walton Chaintech, two fellow companies under the Passive System Alliance (PSA) Group, will together release a total of 17.312 million shares they hold in Info-Tek to associated company Global Brand Manufacture (GBM), according to a statement released by notebook PCB maker, HannStar Board.
