| Bob Neves has spent the last 21 years as the Chairman and CTO of Microtek Laboratories, an independent test facility based in the USA and China. He also serves as President of IRTS, manufacturer of the HATS™ tester. He has served as the IPC's TAEC Chairman, Rigid Board & HDI General Committee chairman and has been involved in more than 50 IPC committees during his career. He was recently inducted into the IPC Hall of Fame. He has taught many classes and has authored numerous articles and technical papers about testing and the PCB industry.
